I graduated with an Interior Design degree and attended Kendall Collage. I've worked in the design field ever since I graduated in 2018. First starting as an intern along side a well known designer in the Grand Rapids area. Where I then got a job as a Design Assistant at another local designer showroom. And now I'm the Outside Designer Coordinator at our Klingman's in Grand Rapids.
Personal Design Aesthetic & Inspiration
My design style for myself would be south western with a flair of animal prints and gold finish tones. I am in my late twenty's so I do like to have fun with colors but if that's not what the client is looking for, I thrive in the search for what is.
Favorite Design Tip
Don't be afraid of some of the options your designer will pick for you. (ie: fun pillow fabric or a contrast welt). These final details just make the piece more customized and personal to your space.
Best Advice for Clients
Speak your mind at the beginning of the project. It is a lot easier for us to narrow in your options if we get a good rounded answer of what you need and want. Both are very important when first starting to search. And most likely we can find what you need and want in one of the brands we carry.
