Personal Design Aesthetic & Inspiration
My favorite Design Aesthetic is a coastal vibe, drawing inspiration from living in San Diego and Hawaii. I like using soft ocean blues, whites, sand colors, and bring in natural elements. I like creating a environment that is light, airy, relaxing.
What makes my career rewarding, is to see a project come together. It is so satisfying to help a client create an environment that is a personal respite for them; a place where they can feel inspired, a place they really want to come home to, a place that brings them joy. I love creating beautiful things.
Favorite Design Tip
Less in more. It is better to invest in fewer high quality pieces that make a statement. Please do not overfill your home with tchotchkes, chaos, and clutter. It is good to give your eye and your mind a place to rest. Make your home a place that brings you joy.
Best Advice for Clients
Instead of following current trends, I like to develop my clients own unique style. Then it never goes out of style. Your home should be unique, and reflect your own personal style. It is your story to tell.
