Before starting the Service Request Form below, please gather the following required items.
- Order Number & approximate date ordered
- Clear photos of the entire piece along with close-ups of the issue including an object such as a coin or ruler to indicate scale
- Clear photos of both the Klingman's tag and the manufacturer's tag
